in the beginning its a kind of centre that will convert a college student into a professional.it wil act like an interface/bridge between passing out engineers(later on other streams too) and the industries that are crying for skilled/trained workforce. because i think this problem is becoming substantial day by day. basically it is for B grade colleges unable to provide jobs for students especially from electrical, mech.,electronics, etc.
