Automatic RAM manager and organiser

I thought of developing a software that could convert a pc game requiring minimum 1 gb of ram to run into a game that requires 512 mb ram...basically the idea is to develop a software that would automatically organise RAM and make that application run in such a way that minimum RAM is used to run any application...so that we can simultaneously run many applications ie multi-tasking and to make pc run fast. it would have two features- 1)RAM organiser 2)application modifier- sumthing that would ...
