Venture capitalistis a person which have lots of money but do not have idea to invest his money. so venture capitalist always find such people who have grate business idea. Venture capitalist also known as private equity firms.

Venture capitalist is a person who invest into in the emerging firms and new start-up companies.
some of the venture capital firm are Skoyo capital, kennon partners,
VC's mostly look for the new concept in the market e.g. Skoyo capital is a venture capitalist firm which gave the fund to Google and recently in the guruji.com, which is new start-up.
He not only invest in the firms but also share their business experiences being the part of management of the company in order to help in the developing process of the company.
