varanasi's greatest problem is ..it has several star hotels nd good restaurants. but what it lacks is good quality fooding and lodging at an affordable price. what i would like to suggest is a food joint or a hotel with top end facilities but reasonable prices.and there are very few quality restaurants which serves local up food and varanasi speciality.

ur idea of setting a restaurent at such city would definitly work..good idea
