I think there would be many of us don't understand whats commodities . let me try to explain u all commodity can be anything which is in demand but supplied without quality difference .. I mean like Iron is Iron , Sugar is Sugar but suppose anyone wants a fridge , but fridge are of many type so its not included in commodity .

Trading is also done in Commodity market prices increases and decreases with demand supply factor .
