Being one of the engineering student in IT field , I am too much nervous but optimistic for mine future in this field , where i see myself only in IT field in near future . Since tech companies go slow on hiring this fiscal and shift in interest to non-IT sector is a dominating factor for the slowdown in the IT field .

With the economic crash down in US , IT companies are being recruiting very gingerly and are being very sluggish . With software giant TCS slashing the variable pay of the staffers salary and rumors of HP , shedding over 1000 jobs from India IT sector , the impact of US slowdown looks to be quite real .

IT companies worried over European financial crisis , since 3 of the European financial giants sought government support on Monday , In the past, these companies consciously tried to expand their European business to spread their risk. They did not want to put all their eggs in the US market, their biggest market. But troubles in Europe seem to be closely following those in the US.

I think if the eggs are not safe with the mother(US) itself then you can’t even rely on the guardian(europian) , Hopefully this crisis won’t be lasting too long , according to me and ” Narayana Murthy “ : IT sector would fare well despite US slowdown .
