i think YES because if government or any private organisation does so ... there is a possibility of reducing the illiteracy from root itself since teaching on internet has been very emerging platform today ... and so as studying this idea is really very footloose ...

well... it will definitely help in reducing illiteracy but internet alone is not sufficient, govt and the people like us should also contribute and help in building India a better place for living..
