The idea is really cool, but how are you going to do it?
Do you have any professionals with you? You need to write it all, only then your plan will be complete... Wiz's reply i will be answering you only after vacation. i need to create a database first. so far i know what r those softwares mastering over which can help u grab good jobs only for electrical stream.

i think it has been a great idea ...at least somebody think for the budding engineers who r deprived from the chances to get a good job......well i give u an advice u can also talk to some good companies like wipro which are searching the talent in the rural areas they definately think about this....carry on.....
