seriously speaking its a very good idea.. but think it on the ground level ... well i m an nss volunteer in our colg.. nd personally speaking i have seen the people how much they r intreseted in such kind of activites well i dont wanna discourage u but have to search 4 people who wanna work fro free.. i m ready 4 tat.. nd wil b providing every kind of support to u... dedicating my skills nd time in the best possible way i can.. again u hav to think once about the political status of the people over there in that reason..there support is very much required.. i have seen few of the people in some villages were there is forward & backward caste nd they divide the villages too.. as well some of the political people doesnt even want there peole to get educated... well may b its not truth 4 all. so u ahve to do a lot of reasarsch b4 opening such a kind of school .... best of luck from side.. go ahead....
