In this world human life has been so complex and busy scheduled that no one has time for taking care of their health...
Let suggest some small tips for avoiding the physical problem due to long time working...
I start with the first.
1. If you have work of sitting on your desk for long, then be ensured that your chair is comfortable and at proper height from the floor.

yes, now adays one has to work for long hours sitting on the chair. It should be supportive to the spine and feet should be in comfortable foot rest position to prevent varicose veins in later stage.The person should leave the seat atleast every two hours have a movement either to the toilet or just stand do some physical movement to activate the blood circulation in the pressed body parts, can have little chair excercises if sitting continously more than three to five hours.
For eyes one have tobe careful enough, light should from the sides in front dark area should not be there, which gives contraction to the eye lense. when feel tierd sitting continuosly as on computer rub your both hands together cover the eyes with warmed palm of the hands close the eyes for atleast two to five minutes covered which will improve the blood circulation to the eyes and one will feel relaxed. Like this can be done at few intervals for eyes atleast. when work is over wash the eyes with water by dipping eyes in water atleast for five minutes each eye.
