Good Idea but a lot of things have to be taken into considertion which means
1. Size of Land 2. Location 3. Spectrum of people you want to target 4. Possibility of getting necessary approval from authorities. 5. What concept you are planning to build it on 6. Lastly, what cuisines you plan to offer Kindly send me the business plan in completion with my queries Regards
