in todays competitive world if we see there are lots of youngsters who are capable of doing wonders for the nation and for their society but due to lack of oppurtunities and necessary help they are not able to implement those ideas or due to lack of proper guidance thry are not able to recognize their sheer talent.

But i request you , try avoiding marks as a criteria ... talent is wat is required and it sud be purely based on talent .....
