A trade mark can be registered for the name of legal or natural person.
The right on a trade mark shall be protected by the state. On the registered trade mark the certificate shall be issued. The certificate on a trade mark shall certify a priority of a trade mark, the exclusive right of the owner to a trade mark concerning the goods specified in the certificate, and contains the image of a trade mark.
